Seriously? Robotics ...
Seriously? Robotics?! Way way to technical and impractical. Playing quidditch for real you need a? snitch with instinct and with the ability to improvise. The snitch doesn't have a broom and is usually the fittest on the pitch so they aren't often caught for at least 20 minutes (especially considering they can go anywhere they like)

Instead of using a ridiculous looking XC runner, why don't they have a robotic snitch roam the campus. Makes it ten times harder to find, simulating? how hard it is to catch in magical quidditch, and eliminates bribery. I know a bunch of school with CSE programs who'd be itching to build it and write the code.
